YOUR donations are essential to our programs and services, providing much-needed support and sustainability to the HFHLPC homeownership and family services programs.

You can make a difference in La Plata County. Your donation supports our programs and your dollars will STAY right here in La Plata County, helping local families though our program services and educational initiatives, and in our partnership with the families and our community through the construction of new homes - providing a stable home environment and an affordable housing solution to help break the poverty housing cycle.

Please help us by donating today! As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, all gifts to Habitat for Humanity of La Plata County are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowable by the IRS.

AND, through 2011, a donation of $250 or more will qualify for a special State of Colorado Enterprise Zone Tax Credit? Cash donations receive a 25% tax credit; in-kind donations of products and services receive a 12.5% tax credit. To submit your donation through the Region 9 Economic Development District of SW Colorado Enterprise Zone Tax Credit Program, please contact us for more information and to request the necessary forms.

Your vehicle donation will support Habitat for Humanity’s local and global mission of eliminating poverty housing and homelessness. By donating through our vehicle donation program, you can help Habitat for Humanity of La Plata County build houses in partnership with families in need of a hand up, not a hand out. It is quick and easy to donate automobiles, trucks, boats, RVs, motorcycles, construction equipment and other vehicles - running or not!

Net proceeds generated by donated vehicle sales are invested in Habitat for Humanity of La Plata County's programs.
