    Executive Director

    Page Coleman is a mission-driven nonprofit leader with more than 12 years of experience advancing community impact, equity, and sustainable programs. She holds a degree in Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and began her career supporting foster youth in Dallas, Texas. Page has since led programs, secured funding, and built cross-sector partnerships across nonprofit and association management roles. As Executive Director of Habitat La Plata, she oversees mission delivery, fundraising, and community engagement to expand access to safe, affordable housing.

  • Kaylie Magner (she/her)

    Program Director

    Kaylie Magner is the Program Director at Habitat for Humanity of La Plata County, where she oversees Construction, Lending, and Family Programs and supports partner families throughout the homeownership journey. She brings many years of experience working with community organizations and nonprofits across La Plata County, with a career grounded in service, advocacy, and relationship-building.

    Kaylie has lived in Durango for over 30 years and raised her family here, giving her a deep and personal connection to the community she serves. She is passionate about expanding opportunities for local families to build stability and generational roots through affordable homeownership.

    Outside of work, Kaylie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, gardening, and working on creative home projects. She loves being part of the Durango community and helping make it a place where families can thrive.

  • Natalia Lansing (They/Them)

    Office Manager & Social Media Coordinator

    Natalia Lansing is originally from Gallup and grew up on the Navajo Nation. They moved to Durango to attend Fort Lewis College, graduating in Spring 2025, and have now lived in the community for five years. Much of Natalia’s time has been devoted to nonprofit work, reflecting a deep commitment to service and community impact. Their administrative experience includes working in a tribal office on the Navajo Nation, where they developed strong organizational and office management skills. Natalia is passionate about giving back to their community and continuing to grow their knowledge so they can one day help improve quality of life on their reservation.
