Page Coleman (she/her)
Executive Director
Page Coleman is a mission-driven nonprofit leader with more than 12 years of experience advancing community impact, equity, and sustainable programs. She holds a degree in Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and began her career supporting foster youth in Dallas, Texas. Page has since led programs, secured funding, and built cross-sector partnerships across nonprofit and association management roles. As Executive Director of Habitat La Plata, she oversees mission delivery, fundraising, and community engagement to expand access to safe, affordable housing.

Kaylie Magner (she/her)
Program Director
Kaylie Magner is the Program Director at Habitat for Humanity of La Plata County, where she oversees Construction, Lending, and Family Programs and supports partner families throughout the homeownership journey. She brings many years of experience working with community organizations and nonprofits across La Plata County, with a career grounded in service, advocacy, and relationship-building.
Kaylie has lived in Durango for over 30 years and raised her family here, giving her a deep and personal connection to the community she serves. She is passionate about expanding opportunities for local families to build stability and generational roots through affordable homeownership.
Outside of work, Kaylie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, gardening, and working on creative home projects. She loves being part of the Durango community and helping make it a place where families can thrive.

Delaney Rieke (she/her)
ReStore Director
Delaney Rieke is a seasoned entrepreneur and community leader with over 25 years of experience running small businesses and non-profits across four states. She holds both an Associate’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has developed strong expertise in financial management, operations, and leadership.
A fourth-generation resident of La Plata County, Delaney is deeply committed to her community and passionate about human services and non-profit work. She has been married to her husband, Robert, for over 25 years, and together they have four children, two of whom are currently in college. Delaney is pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance and strongly believes in the value of lifelong learning. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
An energetic and positive leader, Delaney has served on non-profit boards for more than 15 years in roles including president, treasurer, and member-at-large. She is excited to contribute to Habitat’s mission and make a lasting impact

Natalia Lansing (They/Them)
Office Manager & Social Media Coordinator
Natalia Lansing is originally from Gallup, New Mexico, and grew up on the Navajo Nation. They moved to Durango to attend Fort Lewis College and have since dedicated themselves to supporting their local community. Natalia joined Habitat for Humanity ReStore to contribute to its positive impact on the area, bringing their passion for service and community engagement to the team.
