The ReStore sells new and gently used home improvement items, furniture, appliances, and building materials. All proceeds help build affordable homes for local families.

The Habitat La Plata ReStore sells new and gently used building materials, household items, furniture and fixtures from a variety of sources such as contractors, individuals and partner retail stores.

Donated items are sold at 20-70% off retail prices. Proceeds from the sale of materials help support the mission of Habitat for Humanity. All Habitat ReStores are open to the public. Major credit cards and local checks are accepted.

The ReStore keeps quality items out of landfills and puts them to good use. Funds safe, affordable homes for families right here in La Plata County.

Donate. We Pick Up!

Donating your gently used items is easy. We accept furniture, appliances, building materials, and more. Schedule a free pick up or bring your items in.

A receipt acknowledging your donation will be provided at the time of your donation. Store restrictions and legal obligations do not allow us to place a value on your donated items. Your donation is tax-deductible. Please consult your tax professional for details.

  • To schedule a pick up of donations, please call the ReStore at 970-382-9931.

    Please ensure any donations are located outside of the home at ground level or in a garage/covered area prior to pick up. Staff is generally unable to remove donations from inside homes or businesses.

    If items must be picked up inside, please ensure they are as near to the front door as possible with a clear path to the exit.
