The ReStore sells new and gently used home improvement items, furniture, appliances, and building materials. All proceeds help build affordable homes for local families.

Donated items are sold at 20-70% off retail prices. Proceeds from the sale of materials help support the mission of Habitat for Humanity. All Habitat ReStores are open to the public. Major credit cards and local checks are accepted.

Donate. We Pick Up!

Donating your gently used items is easy. We accept furniture, appliances, building materials, and more. Schedule a free pick up or bring your items in.

A receipt acknowledging your donation will be provided at the time of your donation. Store restrictions and legal obligations do not allow us to place a value on your donated items. Your donation is tax-deductible. Please consult your tax professional for details.

  • All donations must be approved by a staff member. Acceptance of donations may depend upon current inventory and space considerations. To confirm whether we can accept a donation, please:

    • Email photo of donation using contact form below.

  • To schedule a pick up of donations, please email the ReStore at restore@habitatlaplata.org or use form below.

    Please ensure any donations are located outside of the home at ground level or in a garage/covered area prior to pick up. Staff is generally unable to remove donations from inside homes or businesses.

    If items must be picked up inside, please ensure they are as near to the front door as possible with a clear path to the exit.
