Our Builds require many hands. Partnering with our families, businesses in the area, churches, local governments and other nonprofit organizations affordable homes become reality in La Plata County. Without this community participation, grants, sponsorships and donations we would not be able to achieve our mission.
Our Builds occur from Spring through Fall. We have the lively Women Build Days, the Faith month of July with area churches raising their hammers and individual group business days.We work with groups and college teams as well as partnering with Americorp from all over the country.
This year we will complete our 35th and 36th homes! We are currently building at Fox Farm Village in Bayfield and with your help, we will build two more homes at Fox Farm Village in 2013.
